Why we do not publish rates
A price without a scope is not information
Two properties on the same street, given the same brief, can be entirely different pieces of work once the floors come up and the walls are opened. We survey, write the scope, then price the scope, so what you receive is a number you can hold us to rather than an average that suits neither of us.
